KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle GeM Portal-related activities and coordinate government procurement processes.
• Follow up on government orders, enquiries and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant government departments and officials regarding work-related matters.
• Support government business development and order-processing activities.
• Conduct field visits for official government liaisoning and follow-ups.
• Maintain communication with relevant departments and internal teams.
• Track pending matters, documentation and order-related updates.
• Support business opportunities in the EV, automobile body-building and SPV manufacturing sectors.

FIELD CONVEYANCE POLICY
Approved field conveyance and travelling expenses will be paid or reimbursed separately by the company, subject to its applicable policy and approval. Candidates will not be required to bear approved field-travel expenses out of their fixed salary.

• Relevant experience in Government Liaisoning, GeM Portal operations, government procurement or government business coordination is preferred.
