Designation: Factory Manager / Factory Executive

Job Location: Transport Nagar Industrial Area, Lucknow
Salary: ₹3.0–₹3.5 LPA CTC
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant, documented experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily factory operations and production planning.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and workforce activities.
• Monitor production targets, quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Maintain production reports and operational records.
• Coordinate with production, quality and other departments.
• Support workplace discipline and process compliance.
Salary will depend on interview performance, factory management knowledge, relevant experience and suitability for the role.
