Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update financial records, membership data, and loan account files into internal software/ERP.
• Maintain, format, and organize daily reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Verify source documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in paperwork.
• Maintain electronic data backups and support administrative back-office documentation.
• Coordinate with branch teams to collect and process operational files on a daily basis.
