Omniventra Manpower Solutions is hiring Civil Site Engineers for high-rise building construction projects in Lucknow and multiple locations across Uttar Pradesh on behalf of a reputed client company.

Salary by Experience:
• 6 months–1 year: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month
• 1.5–3 years: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
• 3–5 years: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and work quality.
• Understand construction drawings and site layouts.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams.
• Follow construction specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain site progress reports and related documentation.
• Support execution of high-rise building construction work.

Food, accommodation and site-related travel/petrol conveyance are provided as applicable under the client's terms.

• Relevant Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent practical background preferred.
• 6 months to 5 years of relevant civil site experience, according to the applicable salary bracket.
• Practical knowledge of high-rise building construction is required.
• Understanding of civil drawings, layouts and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate with site workers, contractors and supervisors.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety.
• Current and verifiable work experience preferred.
• Comfortable with site-based work in Lucknow or other assigned locations in Uttar Pradesh.
• Comfortable with the applicable salary package and employment terms.
• Willingness to attend a client company face-to-face interview.
